Tell us what you are trying to do and what is in the way. We will tell you how we would start, and whether we are the right people to.
Three short steps. Each one saves as you go, so you can stop and come back.
So we know who we are talking to, and about which business.
The best first contact. A few lines about the business and the problem is plenty.
Monday to Friday, business hours IST. Out of hours by arrangement.
Message us instead of writing an email, if that is easier.
We work with businesses outside India as well; time zone is worth mentioning when you write.
None of this is required, and a short message is fine. But an enquiry that includes these gets a more useful reply than one that does not:
If we would earn from implementing our own recommendation, we say so at the point of recommending it. If we are not the right people at all, we say that too.
No. We facilitate investment — preparing a business to be funded and introducing it to debt and equity sources. We do not put our own money in. Where you are considering a raise, our interest in that raise is disclosed before we discuss whether you should raise at all.
Both, and that is the point. We are set up to still be there when the recommendation meets the business — putting systems in, preparing a raise, or placing people inside your team. If all you need is a document, that is a shorter and cheaper piece of work and we will tell you so.
Someone accountable for the engagement who is in your business regularly, plus specialists from our team or our partners as the work requires. Not a senior name on the proposal and a different team afterwards.
A conversation, then a short piece of paid diagnostic work before anything larger is committed to. It is the cheapest way for both sides to find out whether this is going to work.
